A) We have a size chart , and most of our helmets are true to size. Please refer to the size chart when you are viewing a product. For additional information, it may be useful to look up the product details, or better yet, ask us.

Q) Does XOMOTOR ship worldwide? 

A) We ship to most countries. Please see our Shipping Method page for details . If you are not from the countries listed, please feel free to contact us for a confirmation before placing an order. 


Q) When will my order be shipped out? 

A) Currently xomotor.com ships from warehouse in Ontaria,California and our Asian factory. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and each order will show the expected delivery time when ship out. Most orders ship same or next day and are marked as such. Some items will take longer to ship out when they’re out of stock. 

For pre-order products, the estimated shipping time will be clearly shows on the product's detail. 

All items will show availability information both on the product page (once you select size/ear pads) and on the shopping cart page.
